Our daycare is lovingly run by a husband and wife team who are passionate about caring for children and serving families in our community. Kyle serves as the administrator for Top Tots where he takes care of daycare needs, employment opportunities, bookkeeping, etc! Katie serves as the operations manager by ensuring quality care for every tot, training employees, creating crafts/curriculum, and overseeing all care for tots. Together, they bring a shared commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child is treated with patience, kindness, and respect. Their hands-on approach helps ensure each child feels known, valued, and at home.
